Public policies, yet made in private.  Now, the moment has come to throw the doors wide open.  The Smoke-filled Room is an artistic exploration of our relationship with public policy since Singapore's time of independence. For years, decisions made on top have played a part in our personal choices — influencing the way we live, the qualities we value, and the things we desire. From education to healthcare, housing to public transport: how intimate is the role of public policy in your domestic life?
